Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead a team of category managers responsible for approximately $250M in direct materials supporting all North American production plants. The role requires a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.

You will advocate for the Industrial Solutions vertical within AMER Procurement, develop category strategies, set KPIs, and drive supplier performance, quality and regulatory compliance across the supply base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain or Commercial role.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
