Job summary

AWS ProServe seeks a Principal to be the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. You will translate commerce and advertising capabilities into scalable offerings for enterprise customers and work across Strategy, ProServe delivery, and partners to shape high-impact pursuits.

You will thrive in ambiguity, lead through influence, and operate across geographies and industries to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains.
Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations.
Support deal structure to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible for commerce/advertising engagements.
Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators for rapid deployment.
Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity and scale commerce/advertising solutions.
Navigate geographies, industries, and business units with judgment and customer outcomes in mind.
