Job summary

AWS ProServe seeks a Principal to serve as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This high-visibility role defines how commerce and advertising capabilities become repeatable, scalable offerings for enterprise customers.

You will work across Strategy and Business Development, ProServe delivery teams, and partners to connect customers to Amazon's breadth of business units, navigating ambiguity and driving customer outcomes in global

Qualifications

8+ years in technical specialist in customer-facing roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments including complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains.
Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations.
Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear.
Drive creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators for rapid deployment.
Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity and expand reach for scalable commerce/advertising solutions.
Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and a bias for customer outcomes.
