Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Typically 8–10+ years of experience in corporate strategy or related fields.
• MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Collaboration strategy and integrated planning process with senior leaders.
• Develop long-range strategic perspectives on the Collaboration market and growth opportunities.
• Shape long-term strategy by evaluating market opportunities, investments, and growth scenarios.
• Build outside-in views of the collaboration ecosystem and emerging technology trends.
• Develop executive perspectives on competitive threats and opportunities across Collaboration.
• Lead assessments of emerging technologies and business models, including AI-enabled experiences.
• Translate priorities into actionable recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
• Assist in board and leadership reviews with strategic insights and financial rigor.
• Partner with finance on investment sizing, capital allocation, and business cases.
