You will translate market, customer, and financial insights into clear strategic choices with executive partners across the organization.

The role combines rigorous strategic problem solving with planning and business-case development, delivering executive-ready narratives for board reviews and leadership discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
• 8–10+ years in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or related areas.
• Experience in top-tier consulting or technology/product organization is highly desirable.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations, long-range plans, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Support long-range financial and growth planning for the Collaboration portfolio.
• Develop long-range strategic perspectives on market opportunities and customer behavior.
• Shape long-term strategy by evaluating portfolio options and growth scenarios.
• Maintain an outside-in view of collaboration ecosystems and adjacent markets.
• Develop executive perspectives on threats and opportunities in Collaboration.
• Lead assessments of emerging technologies and business models.
• Provide thought leadership on the future of collaboration and AI-enabled experiences.
• Partner with Finance to support investment sizing and business case development.
• Evaluate partnerships and ecosystem investments to strengthen HP's position.
• Align long-term strategy across AI initiatives, peripherals, and workplace solutions.
• Develop market-sizing models and scenario analyses for leadership decisions.
• Support leadership deliverables like Board and ELT reviews.
• Collaborate on enterprise-wide initiatives related to portfolio management.
