Position Overview:

Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet CRM sales and customer service goals. Be available within your territory daily, working weekends and holidays as needed, with some weeknight call coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete CRM field technical training.
• Perform device checks and interrogations post-implant.
• Support implant procedures and provide on-call troubleshooting.
• Assist with patient registration and inventory management.
• Educate and train healthcare professionals on products.
• Support sales activities and customer relationship building.
• Stay updated on new products and complete training promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma + 11 years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate degree + 9 years of relevant experience, OR
• Bachelor’s Degree + 7 years of relevant experience.

• Current or prior IBHRE (NASPE) Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical terminology and devices.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical and Travel Requirements:

• Frequent travel within territory (approx. 10%).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand, and walk extensively.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary: $106,000 - $132,000 annually, plus incentive plan. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Details at [link].
