Now Hiring: ISO 17025 Regulatory Compliance RF Test Engineers

Join our team in the TIC Industry, specializing in Testing, Inspection, and FCC-CE Certification of Wireless & Connected Devices. We welcome Full-Time, Part-Time, and Retired Test Engineers.

Preferred Experience: Prior work as a Regulatory Test Engineer in RF is highly advantageous.

Required Skills: Experience with RF Testing, Radiated and Conducted Emissions, Immunity EMC/EMI testing, and familiarity with FCC, CE, and ISED standards. Proficiency with Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, and other lab equipment is essential.

We focus on LTE/4G/5G, LoRa, Radar, Sat Com, WiFi, Bluetooth, and cellular technologies, supporting products like IoT, MedTech, and Wearables. Located east of Phoenix, we foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.

Role Overview: As a key RF SME Test Engineer, you will work closely with management and support the Technical Sales Team, with opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform testing to regulatory standards on various devices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Support and collaborate with the Sales Team on test standards and project estimates.
  3. Participate in quarterly technical training sessions.
  4. Prepare and oversee internal and external testing projects.
  5. Troubleshoot failing devices and interact with clients during testing.
  6. Maintain detailed records and test data entry.
  7. Answer questions related to our lab scope and certification processes.
  8. Knowledge of FCC parts (e.g., 15b, 15c, 15e, 15.247, 22, 24, 27, 90) and EU RED/EMC directives.
  9. Familiarity with industry associations such as GCF, PTCRB, CTIA, Wi-Fi Alliance, BT SIG, LoRa Alliance is a plus.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 2-4+ years of RF Testing experience in a regulatory TIC ISO 17025 lab or similar environment.
  2. Legal work authorization in the U.S. or a clear path within 30-60 days.
  3. Ability to work onsite in Mesa, Arizona.
  4. High attention to detail, professionalism, and effective communication skills.
  5. Proficiency with business tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Teams, Zoom.
  6. Integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude for long-term employment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $75,000 - $150,000, based on experience.

Interview Process: A thorough three-round process including testing, team interviews, with options for remote or in-person interviews over 2-4 weeks.
