Job summary

phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy hiring a Principal Client Account Lead for the Atlanta vicinity. You will drive client strategy, coordinate Sales, Delivery, and partners to deliver measurable outcomes across data platforms, governance, analytics, and AI.

You will manage senior-level relationships, lead workshops, and guide expansion opportunities while aligning with phData’s partner ecosystem including Snowflake, AWS, Anthropic, and more.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or other complex client-facing environments.
• Proven experience leading enterprise client workstreams, multi-engagement programs, or defined portfolios within a strategic account.
• Experience identifying expansion opportunities within enterprise clients, in partnership with senior account and sales leaders.
• Experience in a matrixed environment coordinating Sales, Delivery, technical teams, Finance and partners.
• Ability to translate client strategy into actionable roadmaps and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Translate account strategy into clear plans with defined ownership, milestones and next actions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders; lead conversations, workshops, and roadmap discussions.
• Maintain visibility into client priorities, delivery health, risks; take actions to protect commitments.
