phData is seeking a Client Account Lead to own a portfolio of strategic, industry-focused accounts, driving growth, profitability, and executive relationships across AI and data initiatives. You will work closely with client executives, Sales, Delivery leaders, and ecosystem partners to deliver high-impact programs and advance phData's delivery excellence.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in consulting or data-driven verticals with ownership of strategic account portfolios and revenue targets.
• Strong track record building and sustaining CxO and senior executive relationships.

• Own and drive account strategy, delivery, and growth for a portfolio of strategic, industry-focused accounts, creating and executing long-term growth plans aligned to client goals and phData's capabilities.
• Translate client business objectives and AI & Data goals into strategic programs spanning data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI, in partnership with data engineering, analytics, and ML teams.
• Ensure engagements across your portfolio are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong profitability and measurable business value, maintaining ~40% utilization to stay close to delivery and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Go-to-Market, Delivery, Finance, Product, and Partner teams to align on account health, project success, and future opportunity.
• Provide strategic leadership during executive meetings, workshops, QBRs, and roadmap discussions, positioning phData as a trusted advisor to both business and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by staying engaged with delivery teams, reviewing performance metrics, and driving governance, risk management, and issue resolution across accounts.
• Partner with ecosystem providers (e.g., Anthropic, Snowflake, AWS) to design and execute joint account strategies that bring added value to clients and accelerate portfolio growth.
