Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Principal Change Management Specialist to lead merger integration, drive change readiness, and accelerate organizational effectiveness across the enterprise.

You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team, IMO, and L&D to design and implement a comprehensive change framework, using PROSCI, Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven KPIs to measure success.

Qualifications

• Requires strategic change management expertise with measurable impact.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise change.
• Experience leading large-scale M&A integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Review combined Business and Technology plans to ensure change readiness.
• Identify gaps affecting employees and members and partner with senior leaders.
• Engage with integration workstreams to surface insights and drive course corrections.
• Lead change management in the EPMO.
• Apply LEAN, Agile, Six Sigma, PROSCI, or similar methodologies to improve processes.
• Develop metrics and oversee a KPI dashboard for change initiatives.
• Prepare budgetary recommendations and manage resources efficiently.
