Role Overview

As a SAP Operations Business Systems Analyst at MKS, you will partner with SAP functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions supporting business processes and extending our SAP global template. Your contributions will optimize supply chain operations and improve business performance, working closely with external support to ensure smooth operations. This role reports to the Senior Manager of SAP Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trustful partnerships with business stakeholders, support requirements gathering and clarification.
• Define SAP solutions and deliver on change requests and enhancements.
• Provide 3rd level support for SAP functionalities in collaboration with support partners.
• Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss progress and solutions.
• Prepare and update documentation related to project requirements, solutions, and training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of SAP configuration experience in SAP SCM modules (MM, QM, PP) and SAP implementations/support.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with Finance and Sales modules.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes like P2P, O2C, Procure2Produce.
• Configuration knowledge in other SAP modules is a plus.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP programs, including exits and enhancements, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of accomplishments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $140k - $150k per year.
• Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.

This position is remote but requires working hours aligned with Eastern or Central Time Zones. Candidates outside these zones or unable to work these hours should note this as a formal requirement.
