Role Overview

As a SAP Operations Business Systems Analyst at MKS, you will partner with SAP functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions supporting business processes and extending our SAP global template. Your contributions will focus on optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing business performance, working closely with external support to ensure smooth operations. This role reports to the Senior Manager of SAP Operations.

Work Location & Hours

This position is remote but requires working hours aligned with the Eastern or Central Time Zones. Candidates outside these zones or unable to work within these hours should note this as a formal eligibility requirement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Building trustful partnerships with stakeholders, supporting requirements gathering and clarification.
2. Defining SAP solutions, delivering on change requests and enhancements on time.
3. Providing 3rd level support for SAP functionalities in collaboration with support partners.
4. Participating in meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss progress and solutions.
5. Preparing documentation and training materials for project requirements and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of SAP configuration experience in SAP SCM modules (MM, QM, PP), including implementations, upgrades, or support.
• Good knowledge of integration with SAP Finance and Sales.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes like P2P, O2C, Procure2Produce.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules and ABAP programming is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of accomplishments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $140k - $150k annually.
• Discretionary annual bonus.
