Principal Business Systems Analyst - SAP Operations (Remote)

Position Overview

As a SAP Operations Business Systems Analyst at MKS, you will collaborate with SAP functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions supporting our global business processes. Your role involves optimizing supply chain operations, enhancing business performance, and working with external support to ensure smooth operations. You will report to the Senior Manager of SAP Operations.

Location and Hours

This position is remote but requires working hours aligned with the Eastern or Central Time Zones. Candidates outside these zones or unable to work these hours should note this as a formal eligibility requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trustful partnerships with business stakeholders, support requirements gathering and clarification processes.
• Define SAP solutions and deliver on-time change requests and enhancements.
• Provide 3rd level support for SAP applications in cooperation with internal and external support teams.
• Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss project progress, align on objectives, and brainstorm solutions.
• Prepare and update documentation related to project requirements, solutions, and user training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of SAP configuration experience in SAP SCM modules (MM, QM, PP) and experience with SAP implementations, upgrades, or support.
• Good knowledge of integration configuration with SAP Finance and Sales.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes like P2P, O2C, Procure2Produce.
• Knowledge of configuration in other SAP modules is a plus.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP programs, including exits and enhancements, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of accomplishments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $140k - $150k annually, based on qualifications and experience.
• Discretionary annual bonus.
