A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a SAP Operations Business Systems Analyst at MKS, you will partner with other SAP functional teams to provide high-quality SAP solutions to our business stakeholders, ensuring all support their business processes and extend our existing strong SAP global template. You will contribute to the optimization of supply chain operations and enhance business performance. Additionally, you will work with external support to ensure smooth operations. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of SAP Operations.

This position is remote but requires working hours aligned with the Eastern or Central Time Zones. If you do not reside in these time zones or cannot work within these hours, please note that this is a formal eligibility requirement.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Building trustful partnerships with business stakeholders, supporting requirements gathering and clarification processes
• Defining SAP solutions and delivering on-time change requests and enhancements
• Providing 3rd level support for SAP application functionalities in cooperation with internal and external support partners
• Attending meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss project progress, align on objectives, or brainstorm solutions to emerging challenges
• Preparing and updating documentation related to project requirements, solutions implemented, and user training materials for improvements and process optimizations

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of SAP configuration experience in SAP SCM modules (MM, QM, PP) and experience in SAP implementations, upgrades, or support
• Good knowledge of integration configuration with SAP Finance and Sales
• Understanding of underlying end-to-end business processes such as P2P, O2C, Procure2Produce
• Knowledge of configuration in other SAP modules is a plus
• Ability to read and debug ABAP programs, including exits and enhancements, is a plus
• A proven track record of accomplishments and strong interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $140k - $150k per year. This is an estimate based on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
• Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, 12 paid holidays, sick leave, 15 paid vacation days, 6 weeks fully paid parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, and participation in stock programs, signing bonuses, etc.

This position requires working hours aligned with the Eastern or Central Time Zones. Relocation benefits are not available.
