Job summary

Allianz Life is seeking a senior professional for a business-analysis-heavy role in the U.S. You will liaison with key stakeholders and IT to analyze, document, and deliver enhancements and products while ensuring alignment with business goals. The role reports to the Sr.

Director of User Experience and Digital Solutions. You will drive UAT, readiness planning, and continuous improvement across SDLC/PDLC, leveraging AI tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in financial and/or insurance industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead the building business cases outlining scope and identifying stakeholders; facilitate and document As Is, To Be and Gaps Analysis.
• Elicit, analyze and document clear, concise business requirements and ensure technical design meets business needs
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets business needs
• Lead and create business readiness plans, including communication, training and production validation
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
