Zusammenfassung

Standard Security Life (SSL) seeks a Senior Business Analyst to monitor, reconcile SSL’s policy admin system transactions with the general ledger and bank accounts, ensuring data integrity for premium, claim and commission data.

You will drive automation, analytics and AI initiatives, support regulatory filings, and collaborate with IT, Claims, Underwriting and Finance to align current and future business needs with technology.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience with process improvement, data analysis, reporting, workflow automation or AI-enabled business tools preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and function with limited supervision.
• Proven ability to work in a high visibility environment with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting to and training customers or stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with IT for SSL Administrative system issues and enhancements, coordinating fixes and improvements.
• Attend and contribute to regular cross-department meetings to prioritize changes and enhancements.
• Lead system meetings, providing feedback to SSL Management on performance and status.
• Maintain user security/access changes and keep procedures up-to-date.
• Identify opportunities to use automation, analytics and AI to improve reconciliation accuracy and timeliness.
• Document AI/automation business requirements and coordinate implementation activities.
• Support data readiness for AI-enabled solutions, including data mapping and validation.
• Assist in testing, monitoring and validating AI outputs to ensure quality and compliance.
• Complete regulatory data filings as required and maintain audit-ready documentation.
