Job summary

LifeSecure Insurance Company seeks a Business Solutions Analyst to bridge technology and business needs across application development, reporting, and QA. The role gathers requirements, translates them into designs, and supports UI/UX consistency, AI features, and testing tools.

It is a full-time hybrid position based in Michigan. The analyst will lead QA planning, functional and regression testing, and defect management, while collaborating with IT staff and external vendors to deliver robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Business/Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive Business System/Informatics/Business Analysis, QA testing experience for application development lifecycles.
• QA experience in direct QA role or combined analyst/QA role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface between technology and business stakeholders for application development, reporting, and QA.
• Lead design and support for key reports, dashboards, and charts with standardized templates.
• Own UAT strategy and testing, including scope, criteria, and traceability to requirements.
• Coordinate with Product Owner and team to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as backup Scrum Master and facilitate ceremonies to support delivery.
