Job summary

Allianz Life is seeking a senior professional for a business-analysis-heavy role in the U.S. You will liaison with key stakeholders and IT to analyze, document, and deliver enhancements and products while ensuring alignment with business goals. The role reports to the Sr.

Director of User Experience and Digital Solutions. You will drive UAT, readiness planning, and continuous improvement across SDLC/PDLC, leveraging AI tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in financial and/or insurance industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead the building business cases outlining scope and identifying stakeholders; facilitate and document As Is, To Be and Gaps Analysis.
• Elicit, analyze and document clear, concise business requirements and ensure technical design meets business needs
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets business needs
• Lead and create business readiness plans, including communication, training and production validation
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)

What you do:

Primary liaison with key Business Stakeholders and IT/Development team in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects and products. Elicit, analyze and document clear, concise, detailed business requirements and ensures technical requirements & design meet and support the business needs. Identifies opportunities for improvement in the SDLC and PDLC, makes recommendations, and advocates for improvements as appropriate. Must possess an advanced knowledge level in more than one Allianz business line with basic understanding of the other business lines. You report to the Sr. Director of User Experience and Digital Solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)

What you bring:

• 8+ years’ experience required in financial and/or insurance industry including relevant technical and business experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas

Job posting range $83,000-124,000

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
