Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, program management, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience with Product and Engineering teams on roadmap and delivery.
• Ability to manage organizational operations, including budgets and planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in executive settings.
• Self-directed and proactive in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence: staff meetings, All Hands, and planning cycles.
• Drive cross-team roadmap alignment spanning all audiences.
• Act as a trusted extension of the Monetization Growth lead.
• Drive select high-priority special projects from scoping through execution.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI workflows into operations.
