Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Backend services with Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, or similar.
• SQL and at least one relational database in production.
• Cloud-native development on AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical vision for the Integration team from concept to long-term evolution.
• Translate product goals into concrete technical strategy and execution plans.
• Contribute production code and set design quality and operational rigor.
• Lead architectural decisions for scalable backend systems balancing velocity and reliability.
• Drive cross-project execution, identify risks, and sequence work effectively.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and leadership to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Communicate complex tech concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Raise the technical bar through reviews, writing, and sound engineering judgment.
• Mentor engineers and support hiring to grow the organization.
