Qualifications

• Strong experience in ASIC DFT implementation and post-silicon validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategy and DFT solutions for ASICs.
• Work closely with design teams to enable DFT features.
• Engage in test standard working groups like IEEE 1149.
