You will mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, and collaborate with product and design to meet business goals. This leadership role offers broad impact across Ford Pro and the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 5+ years designing and building scalable data-intensive web apps and SaaS products.
• 5+ years API development in Java/Kotlin and modern frontend (React/AngularJS).
• 5+ years working with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Proven leadership across engineering teams, architecture decisions, and scalable practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and drive the technical roadmap for large-scale, data-heavy SaaS applications.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers across multiple teams.
• Translate business needs into scalable architectural designs and technical requirements.
• Lead hands-on development of core architectural components and complex projects.
• Elevate engineering standards and introduce tooling, patterns, and processes.
