Qualifications

• English proficiency (written and verbal).
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with leadership/architectural focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing scalable, data-intensive web apps and SaaS products.
• 5+ years API development in Java/Kotlin and frontend frameworks like React/AngularJS.
• 5+ years Relational DBs (PostgreSQL), NoSQL, and high-volume data pipelines.
• Proven technical leadership across engineering teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and drive the architectural vision for large-scale SaaS applications across multiple teams.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• Partner with Product/Design/Business to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Scope, estimate, and provide architectural blueprints for enterprise initiatives.
• Lead hands-on development of critical architectural components and projects.
• Elevate engineering standards by proposing new tooling, patterns, and processes.
• Serve as escalation point for incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
