• Experience shipping AI-powered products in production, including agentic loops and model context handling.
• Proven ability to drive architectural decisions and align multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical strategy and architecture for Ridgeline's AI platform across the company.
• Lead technical decisions enabling scalable, reliable, secure AI usage across engineering teams.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to platform adoption and data integration.
