Ridgeline is building the connective tissue that powers its data and AI strategy. We are seeking a senior engineer to own the architecture behind secure integrations, MCPs, and the AI platform, delivering real business impact.

You will design distributed systems, scale data pipelines, and work with Snowflake, vector databases, and model gateways. Expect ownership, mentorship, and a high-performance, collaboration-first culture.

Qualifications

7+ years of senior-level engineering experience with end-to-end ownership.
Experience designing and scaling distributed systems at scale.
Hands-on experience building secure API integrations and MCPs.
Real AI fluency and practical experience with AI tools.
Comfort with modern data platforms (Snowflake, vector DBs).
Familiarity with data lineage, access control, and data quality in regulated environments.
Cloud engineering fundamentals (AWS) and infrastructure-as-code.
Production-grade Python or similar language experience.

Responsibilities

Build secure MCPs and API integrations connecting Ridgeline data sources to business capabilities.
Own data storage, persistence, and connectivity strategy across systems.
Contribute to model provider gateways, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
Mentor peers and raise technical standards across the team.
