Ridgeline is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the AI Leverage Engineering team and own the Internal AI Platform—a portfolio of AI products, shared services, and intelligent agents that power daily work across the company.

You will recruit, coach, and grow engineering managers and individual contributors, shape the engineering strategy across multiple AI leverage domains, and partner with executives to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant leadership of high-performing teams.
• Proven track record building AI platforms and internal developer platforms.
• Strong experience applying generative AI, LLMs, and modern AI practices to business value.
