Job summary

Ridgeline is building the data and AI backbone for investment management, delivering real-time data and secure integrations. You will own high-impact engineering work, architecting how data is stored, connected, and activated across the business. This role blends hands-on coding with strategic influence and peer mentorship.

You’ll help shape the next generation of the AI platform, including MCPs, API gateways, and LVL pipelines, while operating in a fast-moving, collaboration-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level engineering experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems across complex data workloads.
• Hands-on experience building secure API integrations and MCPs.
• Real AI fluency and experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake, vector DBs) and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Build the platform powering AI-driven decisions with secure MCPs and API integrations.
• Shape data strategy and ownership of data storage, persistence, and connections.
• Advance the AI platform with model gateways, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Mentor peers and raise technical standards as the team scales.
