Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal Field Advisor of AI & WF Transformation to partner with Enterprise Sales, accelerating strategic opportunities in AI, Workforce Intelligence, and data products, translating AI innovation into measurable business value.

You will lead executive discovery conversations, shape AI strategy, develop business cases, and build repeatable sales plays, working across Product, Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Sales Leadership to scale UKG AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, data, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience influencing large enterprise opportunities and advising executive buyers.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data products, workflow automation, or agentic technologies.
• Experience building scalable GTM motions, field assets, executive messaging, customer proof points, value frameworks, enablement content, or specialist sales plays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise account teams on strategic AI, Workforce Intelligence, data, and agentic capability opportunities.
• Lead executive discovery, AI strategy discussions, and value-based customer engagements.
• Shape solution vision, demo strategy, proof-of-concept approaches, business cases, and competitive positioning.
• Develop executive-ready narratives, customer proof points, and value frameworks that accelerate AI adoption.
• Create repeatable sales plays, enablement assets, and industry use cases that scale field effectiveness.
• Capture and communicate market insights, customer needs, adoption barriers, and competitive intelligence to influence business strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership to drive AI commercialization and market adoption.
