Job summary

RxSense is seeking a deeply technical architect on the AI Engineering team to set technical standards and lead through craft. You will design and build production systems across C#/.NET, Python, and TypeScript, and lead development of offline and online AI evaluation tools integrated into CI/CD.

You will balance correctness and performance in a high-stakes, regulated domain, mentoring staff engineers while shipping impactful AI features at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with architecture ownership.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build production systems across a multi language stack (C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript).
• Lead AI evaluation infrastructure offline (test suites, datasets, CI/CD) and online (monitoring of live models).
• Define and drive high technical standards across teams and mentor engineers.
• Identify and mitigate systemic AI risks such as reliability, correctness, and drift.
• Drive architecture reviews for major initiatives and prototype new AI capabilities.
