Job summary

RTX's AI Accelerator team seeks a senior engineer to mature AI prototypes into production-grade services on the AI Factory. You will design scalable interfaces, own architecture decisions, and partner with infrastructure to deploy secure, compliant cloud solutions on AWS and Azure.

This role requires deep back-end skills in Python and C++, experience with CI/CD and ML frameworks, and the ability to operate in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 12+ years relevant experience.
• Strong Python and C++ programming in modern back-ends.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps automation tools.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG workflows and AI frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into software.

Responsibilities

• Mature AI prototypes into production-ready services.
• Design interfaces for plug-and-play AI capabilities.
• Own service architecture decisions for scaling and retirement.
• Build cloud-based services on AWS and Azure.
• Implement CI/CD, testing, observability, secure deployments.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
