Job summary

RxSense seeks a director of data and platform architecture to own end-to-end data architecture, ETL, extracts, and dashboards. You will also lead the AI engineering team's devops and infrastructure, defining platform reliability and deployment standards.

You'll hire and guide the data and platform team, code hands-on when needed, and communicate tradeoffs to engineers and leadership. A fast-moving, small-team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years architecting and building platforms in production.
• Hands-on experience owning data architecture end to end, including ingestion, ETL and transformation, extracts, and reporting.
• Proven devops experience: build, deploy, operate systems and infrastructure in production at scale.
• Hands-on production coding experience and modern data stack expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the data architecture end to end from data landing to dashboards.
• Own devops and platform infrastructure for the AI engineering team.
• Set technical direction and standards for data pipelines and platform reliability.
• Design extract and reporting layers to ensure accurate, timely analytics.
• Build and ship code, deployable and observable in production.
• Lead and grow the data and platform team, including mentoring.
• Translate business priorities into data strategy and architecture decisions.
