RXinsider LTD. seeks a Principal AI Engineer to lead an embedded Innovation Squad, taking AI prototypes to production and establishing scalable AI patterns.

You will architect, implement, and govern agentic AI solutions, mentor engineers, and align with security and governance standards across the enterprise. Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with hands-on AI system design and production delivery.
• Expert in agentic AI, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering and enterprise-scale RAG.
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise systems with strong security and governance.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure or GCP and managed AI/ML services.
• Delivery discipline: Agile, CI/CD, modern SDLC and TDD.
• Solid data modelling across relational, columnar and vector stores.
• Ability to frame problems, extract specs and ship validated outcomes quickly.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL and AI SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Own technical execution from discovery to production; build, assess and harden prototypes.
• Design and govern reusable agentic AI patterns including orchestration and memory.
• Ensure delivery meets security and data-governance standards; advise on infra and data residency.
• Codify validated solutions into patterns, reference implementations and starter kits.
• Provide design input, finalize requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Write specifications, fix complex bugs, and design complex data models.
• Act as primary technical contact for external resources and squad delivery.
• Establish baselines and measure outcomes for pilot to scale initiatives.
• Maintain visibility of in-flight pilots to surface reuse candidates.
