Miratech is seeking a Senior AI advisor to work with client executives, shaping vendor-neutral AI strategies and roadmaps for contact centers. You will translate strategy into concrete requirements and guide delivery teams through implementation.

In this role, you will lead AI readiness and maturity assessments, build business cases with ROI models, and design live demos, prototypes, and workshops to showcase AI potential at client engagements.
