Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer for the West region, with a remote-first posture in the United States. You will partner with Sales Directors to guide discovery, design, and validation of Cresta’s AI-powered customer experience solutions.

Expect to work closely with stakeholders, architecting solutions that blend LLMs, SLMs, and real-time AI assistance to deliver measurable ROI. Responsibilities include technical discovery, demos, POV engagements, and ROI workshops, with a focus

Qualifications

7+ years in customer-facing roles, including 1–3 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering.
Deep knowledge of contact center solutions, telephony, and CCaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, especially LLMs/SLMs, in conversational AI and agent augmentation.
Ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and business audiences.
Consultative mindset with a proven track record of guiding strategic conversations.

Responsibilities

Act as a consultative partner to map business objectives to AI-driven solutions.
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer systems and architectures.
Translate customer requirements into robust Cresta configurations.
Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations showing AI-powered value.
Own POV engagements including integrations and real-time coaching workflows.
Run ROI workshops and build business cases showing measurable impact.
