Qualifications

7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proven ability to ship MVP quickly while designing clean APIs.
2+ years building autonomous workflows and agentic systems.
Deep familiarity with LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity.
Proficiency in Python or Go and distributed backend principles.

Responsibilities

Architect agentic systems from zero and deploy production-grade multi-agent frameworks.
Balance speed with long-term architectural sustainability.
Orchestrate LLM workflows across models and tools.
Lead AI tooling adoption and set best practices.
Drive evaluation, benchmarking, and reliability of agents.
Mentor engineers and bridge research and product.
