You will partner with large enterprises and startups to scale AI agents across business stacks, shaping the platform's future and collaborating with research, product, and platform teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams that build and scale end-to-end production systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment and iteration.
• Coach engineers to maintain ADLC best practices and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with enterprises and startups to scale AI agents across business stacks.
