Dialpad seeks a Sr. Software Engineer (Agentic Systems) to lead the vision and architecture of our next‑gen AI platform.

You will shape autonomous workflows, enable real‑time reasoning across enterprise data, and collaborate across product, research, design, and leadership. You’ll pioneer a multi‑agent orchestration framework, drive LLM tooling, and foster an AI‑native engineering culture while ensuring safety and observability in production systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership roles.
• Experience shipping large-scale, distributed systems and AI platforms.
• Track record of mentoring engineers and setting technical standards.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks, LLMs, and AI-powered workflows.
• Experience building real-time, production-grade infrastructure.
• Strong focus on safety, observability, and governance for production AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural roadmap and delivery of the Agentic AI platform.
• Lead multi‑agent orchestration, memory architectures, and tooling.
• Mentor engineers and define technical standards for AI‑native SDLC.
• Collaborate with Product, Applied Research, Design, and leadership.
• Research and implement advanced agent frameworks and safety guardrails.
