Slalom is seeking an AI/ML Architect at Principal level to design production-grade AI systems across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape client architectures, and translate complex AI concepts into business value.

This role requires 6+ years of ML/AI production experience, strong Python, cloud, and MLOps skills. Based in White Plains, NY, you will be onsite up to 3 days a week to collaborate with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience implementing ML/AI solutions in production.
• 3+ years of experience in professional consulting or IT services, with client-facing engagements.
• Hands-on design of production AI systems spanning models, data, retrieval, orchestration, APIs, and security.

Responsabilités

• Architect and deliver enterprise-scale AI systems across data products and deployment pipelines.
• Design secure cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Lead AI solution design across generative and agentic AI use cases.
• Enable production GenAI adoption with tool calling, memory patterns, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Define evaluation, observability, and reliability patterns for AI systems.
• Mentor cross-functional delivery teams and support business development.
