Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years delivering medium to large-scale software solutions with 4+ years in AI/ML.
• Experience consulting stakeholders to translate business needs into AI strategies.
• Expertise designing AI/ML solutions using Microsoft tech, Azure and Databricks.
• Strong ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining knowledge.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
• Proficient in Python, R, Java, or Julia for data analysis.
• Recognized SME in Generative AI / ML / Data Science.
• Data architecture, modeling, and solution implementation skills.
• Excellent communication; travel up to 25%.
