Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Information Systems, CS, or Business Admin.
• 10+ years delivering medium to large-scale software solutions, with 4+ years in AI/ML.
• Experience consulting stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Expertise in AI/ML using Microsoft technologies, Azure, and Databricks.
• Strong foundation in ML algorithms, statistics, and data mining techniques.
• Proficient with cloud AI platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
• Proficiency in programming for data analysis (Python, R, Java, etc.).
• Recognized SME in Generative AI, ML, or Data Science.
• Willing to travel 25%.
