Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years delivering medium to large-scale software solutions, with 4+ years AI/ML.
• Experience consulting stakeholders, understanding business needs and delivering impactful solutions.
• Expertise in designing and deploying AI/ML using Microsoft technologies, Azure, and Databricks.
• Strong ML algorithms, statistics, data mining; cloud-based AI/ML platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or Julia for data analysis; MLOps tooling experience.
• Generative AI, architecture influence, and enterprise-scale implementation capability.
• Willing to travel 25%.
