Qualifications
- 8+ years in IT application production support or similar operational environments.
- 10+ years software design and development across backend and database services.
- 3+ years architecting distributed systems.
- Experience migrating workloads to cloud platforms (GCP).
Responsibilities
- Drive multiple projects through to delivery, removing obstacles as needed.
- Provide technical production support for multiple high-value applications.
- Develop architecture and design of large-scale distributed software services.
- Drive improvements to software engineering practices.
- Collaborate across teams to promote code reuse and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and develop others, guiding operations and engineering excellence.
