Job summary
Akaasa Technologies is seeking a Principal AI Enablement & SDLC Transformation Lead / AI Technical Coach to steer the technical enablement and AI transformation of our engineering organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Full Stack Architect with strong Java/React hands-on experience and proven AI-native development expertise, especially with Claude Code.
This role will establish the organization’s AI development “Golden Path,” guiding developers from traditional coding to an AI-augmented
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional SDLC experience including architecture and hands-on development.
- 2+ years of hands-on AI-assisted or AI-native development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong, demonstrable experience with Claude Code.
- Experience with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development tools.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST/Web APIs, microservices, databases, and modern architecture.
- Experience with React or other modern SPA frameworks is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, design patterns, microservices, TDD, testing, and quality practices.
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality tools.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to review and improve AI-generated code for architecture, security, performance, and quality.
- Strong presentation, mentoring, and training skills.
- Experience working with senior engineering teams and technical leadership.
- Experience with Organizational Change Management and technology adoption.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence developers during tech changes.
- Comfort with enterprise security, governance, compliance, and restricted environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI enablement and SDLC transformation across the engineering org.
- Define and promote the AI development Golden Path for teams.
- Perform architecture reviews and guide hands-on architects and developers.
- Deliver developer training, mentoring, and executive-level presentations.
- Drive Organizational Change Management and governance for AI adoption.
