Job summary

Raval West is seeking a technically strong consultant to lead AI transformation and change management initiatives in Sacramento, CA, with 1 day per week in the office. The role focuses on introducing AI-enabled development practices, evaluating tools, and driving adoption across engineering teams.

The candidate will assess current processes, promote AI adoption across coding, testing, security, deployment, and operations, and establish secure guardrails for AI-generated code while supporting

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, or solution architecture.
• Experience with generative AI, AI-assisted development, or AI agents.
• Understanding of AI-native SDLC, secure coding, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and data protection.
• Strong experience with AWS and GCP
• Experience supporting technical change management
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
