Job summary

Workiy Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Architect / AI Engineering Lead for a fully remote role in the United States.

You will head the design and development of autonomous, multi-agent AI systems and guide engineering teams through enterprise AI architecture and best practices across requirements, coding, testing, reviews, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software and DevOps, hands-on production-grade AI, and strong Java/Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript skills.

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering and DevOps experience.
Hands-on experience building production-grade LLM or Agentic AI solutions.
Strong Java / J2EE and Spring Boot experience.
Experience with React and TypeScript is required.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of autonomous and multi-agent AI systems.
Provide technical leadership and enterprise AI architecture.
Develop AI agents to support software development workflows including requirements, coding, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
