Akaasa Technologies is seeking a Principal AI Enablement & SDLC Transformation Lead / AI Technical Coach to steer the technical enablement and AI transformation of our engineering organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Full Stack Architect with strong Java/React hands-on experience and proven AI-native development expertise, especially with Claude Code.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional SDLC experience including architecture and hands-on development.
• 2+ years of hands-on AI-assisted or AI-native development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong, demonstrable experience with Claude Code.
• Experience with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development tools.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST/Web APIs, microservices, databases, and modern architecture.
• Experience with React or other modern SPA frameworks is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, design patterns, microservices, TDD, testing, and quality practices.
• Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality tools.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to review and improve AI-generated code for architecture, security, performance, and quality.
• Strong presentation, mentoring, and training skills.
• Experience working with senior engineering teams and technical leadership.
• Experience with Organizational Change Management and technology adoption.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence developers during tech changes.
• Comfort with enterprise security, governance, compliance, and restricted environments.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior software architect and engineering leader who can both "walk the walk" and "teach the walk." This person should have the technical credibility to work directly with experienced developers while also possessing the communication and change-management skills needed to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption.

The candidate should be comfortable moving between hands-on technical discussions, architecture reviews, developer training, executive presentations, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal AI Enablement & SDLC Transformation Lead / AI Technical Coach to lead the technical enablement and AI transformation of our engineering organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Full Stack Architect with strong hands-on experience in modern Java and React ecosystems and proven expertise with AI-native development tools, particularly Claude Code.

This person will help establish the organization's AI development "Golden Path," enabling developers to move from traditional hands-on coding toward an AI-augmented engineering and orchestration model. The role combines technical leadership, developer training, architecture, mentoring, and Organizational Change Management (OCM).

Required

• 10+ years of professional SDLC experience, including architecture and hands-on software development.
• 2+ years of hands-on AI-assisted or AI-native development experience in enterprise or production environments.
• Required: Strong, demonstrable experience with Claude Code.
• Experience with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development tools.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST/Web APIs, microservices, relational/NoSQL databases, and modern application architecture.
• React or another modern SPA framework experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, design patterns, microservices, TDD, automated testing, and software quality practices.
• Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality tools.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to critically review and improve AI-generated code and identify issues related to architecture, security, performance, maintainability, and quality.
• Strong presentation, communication, mentoring, and training skills.
• Experience working with senior engineering teams and technical leadership.
• Practical experience with Organizational Change Management and technology adoption.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence developers through periods of significant technology and process change.
• Comfortable working within enterprise security, governance, compliance, and restricted development environments.
