Job summary

New York Technology Partners is seeking a Principal, AI Enablement & Change in Chicago to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption. You will own the AI literacy program, workforce transformation, and organizational change initiatives to ensure AI capabilities are adopted effectively across functions.

The role requires experience in change management, enterprise training, and strong facilitation, with collaboration across business, AI teams, and risk/compliance partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change management programs, ideally tied to technology adoption or digital transformation.
• Experience speaking credibly to business and technical audiences about adoption of AI.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise training or literacy programs.
• Proficiency in developing adoption metrics, reporting frameworks, and executive status communication.
• Strong facilitation skills; capable of leading workshops with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise AI literacy program, ensuring role-appropriate AI training reaches all users and is updated annually.
• Lead the workforce transformation agenda associated with AI adoption, redesigning roles as AI embeds into work processes.
• Design and drive change management programs for AI use cases, coordinating with AI Solutions Leads.
• Identify adoption friction and literacy gaps at the enterprise level to prevent use-case level failures.
• Develop and track adoption metrics and report progress against AI strategy targets.
• Partner with AI Portfolio & Transformation (AIPT) to align enablement with the AI roadmap and use-case throughput.
• Create reusable change management playbooks and communication materials for cross-functional use.
• Act as a liaison between business, AIPT, and AI risk/impact discussions.
