Abnormal is seeking a Transformation Strategy Manager to operationalize AI-driven redesigns across the business. You will translate strategic bets into concrete requirements for AI PMs and engineers, and run cross-functional cadences that deliver measurable impact.

The role combines data analytics, change management, and executive storytelling to justify and implement AI-enabled processes. Expect fast iteration and broad collaboration across functions at Abnormal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment banking or top-tier management consulting.
• You can translate vague briefs into concrete requirements and defend your case before executives.
• Strong quantitative skills: build metric trees, structure data, model scenarios, present results.
• Hands-on AI fluency: you use AI tools daily and have redesigned a process around AI.
• Cross-functional operator instincts: run multi-stakeholder initiatives with no formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication: produce one-pagers, decks, and present to leadership.
• Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity; move from whiteboard to shipped changes in weeks.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day lead translating transformation vision into shippable requirements for AI PMs and engineers, then drive cross-functional execution to ship.
• Build and maintain the enterprise capability map: the system of record for ownership, current state, and AI fit.
• Run transformation intake, prioritization, and cadence to sequence, resource, and move high-value initiatives across functions.
• Define solution paths for each prioritized transformation, including human vs AI vs system responsibilities and rationales.
• Own the measurement layer for transformation: ROI, value, metric trees, instrumentation, and executive analytics surface.
• Lead change management and adoption with People COEs and functional leaders so changes land in daily work.
• Drive end-to-end AI initiatives from framing to rollout across three or more functions.
• Lead company-wide AI initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing through rollout to achieve step-change improvements.
