Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Principal, Change Enablement Lead to join our AIS R&D AI Transformation core team and to drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering workflows.

This role owns the human side of the transformation, building the AI champions program, developing role-specific training and enablement content, and maintaining workflow playbooks that help engineers adopt new AI-enabled ways of working with confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in change leadership for large transformations.
• Experience designing human-centered, experience-driven change management strategies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear adoption strategies.
• Navigate complex enterprise environments and deliver multiple initiatives.
• Experience in technical/engineering environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mature the AI champions program across AIS R&D.
• Develop and maintain role-specific training for AI-enabled workflows.
• Partner with external consultants to develop playbooks and adoption materials.
• Define and execute an ADKAR-based change strategy with HR Transformation Office.
• Identify drivers of adoption and resistance; translate insights into strategies.
• Co-lead program communications and change-readiness tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor enablement approaches.
• Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and measurable adoption outcomes.
• Refine the change enablement strategy using adoption data and metrics.
