Job summary

Lam Research seeks a Principal Change Management Lead to drive AI-enabled transformation across Global Operations. You will own process re‑engineering, training, adoption, and organizational readiness, aligning AI initiatives with business value.

Partner with internal owners, TPMs, and Enterprise AI to operationalize AI solutions, embed them in workflows, and realize ROI while navigating a hybrid on-site/remote work model in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 12+ years’ experience; or 5 years of experience with a Ph.D, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience within Lam Research Global Operations, or closely related Lam operational organizations.
• Deep understanding of Global Operations business processes, systems, operating models, and organizational dynamics.
• Proven experience leading process re engineering, change management, training, or transformation initiatives in complex operational environments.
• Experience supporting digital, analytics, automation, or AI enabled initiatives strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own process re‑engineering, training, adoption, organizational readiness, and AI fluency across Global Operations AI portfolio.
• Lead change as primary leader for GOPs AI initiatives with internal owners and TPMs.
• Ensure AI-enabled capabilities are embedded into standard work and governance.
